Jeff Beck

Jeff refers to the first half of his career as the “utility infielder” days. During that time, he litigated criminal, domestic, personal injury, medical malpractice, environmental, business and real estate disputes while also working with business startups, advising businesses, and handling large mergers and acquisitions. Jeff uses this broad legal background and courtroom experience to help clients find answers and avenues for achieving their goals in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Though there is some truth to the old adage that nobody wins in litigation except the attorneys, sometimes litigation is necessary. When it is necessary, Jeff has the skills, and more importantly the experience of many courtroom battles, to confidently and professionally lead his clients through the process.

Jeff now focuses his practice on businesses law, commercial and residential real estate and representing the Bartholomew County Sheriff.

When not practicing law, Jeff spends most of his time with his wife Kristin and their 5 children. He feels that one of his most important roles as a parent is to insure Madi, Lucy, Gabi, Ryan and Greta grow up with an appreciation of his music and the ability to quote from all the classic movies of the 1980s.
